Inclusion Manager

Full time, (part time would be considered) temporary maternity cover, 37 hours per week, term time (40 weeks per year). £25,069 per annum pro rata from a full year salary of £28,217 per annum.  To start as soon as possible.

We seek a committed and motivated individual to manage our inclusion centre.  You will facilitate process and provision within the academy and elsewhere in order to provide student support and guidance, remove barriers to learning and promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and help students achieve their full potential.

  • Essential requirements include
  • Relevant NVQ3 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working with disengaged students in a learning environment
  • Full working knowledge and understanding of relevant policies, practice and legislation
