All  Year 7 iPads are ready for collection today, Wednesday 5th September from the Academy. The schedule for the distribution event is detailed below and you should arrive at the time slot allocated to your child’s Tutor Group. As you will see from the schedule below you will first be issued with an Acceptable Use Contract which you will need to sign.  On completion of this your child’s iPad will be issued followed by an iPad set up session.  The whole process should take less than one hour.

If you are unable to attend at your allocated time please come at the most convenient time this evening between 4.15 and 5.45pm.

If you are unable to come this evening, any iPads which have not been collected will be issued from Network Support to students on Thursday 06 September 2018

You will be supplied with a West Lakes Academy Apple ID to enable the device to be set up. If you have not yet opted into the scheme please do so as soon as possible, or you are very welcome to attend during your child’s allocated Tutor Group session where information and support in registering will be available.  Please note if you have not yet registered on the portal there will not be an iPad ready for you on the evening but your iPad will be available in approximately two weeks’ time from your date of registration.
