Students and staff have raised £781.00 for this year’s Children in Need appeal by holding a cake sale, tombola and Pudsey Bear face painting.
A brave group of teachers at the academy also took part in a game of ‘egg roulette’ in return for sponsorship from the students. The teachers took it in turns to face off against one another cracking what could either be a raw or hard-boiled egg over each other. Competitors had to choose their egg of choice wisely, however they all ended up with egg on their face.
The Egg Roulette champion was Mr Price who managed to survive three rounds before he was hit with a raw egg in the final.
